If you use a J-hook (belt clip), make sure it goes over your pants first (between the pants and the back of the belt) and then catches the belt underneath. If you are paddling, be sure to remove the belt clip, sweat guard and cover flap first. Then press the paddle onto the sweat shield. Place the holster on the hip and make sure the paddle is fully seated on the belt.
